YOUR MISSION

  • Building our customer base in close cooperation with our Business Development team to rapidly drive user growth by identifying and acquiring attractive business partners, focusing on the buyer side
  • Acquiring solid knowledge in creating a successful sales pitch for our leading B2B marketplace the chemical industry and growing our user base by researching new business opportunities, conducting cold-calls, product demos, etc.
  • Accompanying buyers after their initial registration through the entire customer life cycle, building long-lasting relationships and acting as their first point of contact
  • Fostering, nurturing and actively managing your customer base to ensure that your customers are and remain active members of CheMondis
  • Shaping the future development of our marketplace by collecting and evaluating customer feedback

YOUR PROFILE

  • Student enrolled for at least another year in Business Administration, Economics, Communication or alike with initial professional experience (e.g. internship, working student)
  • First experience in sales (POS Sales, Call-Center, etc.) and a passion for international cold calling
  • Outgoing, positive and hands-on mindset, paired with very good communication skills
  • Commercial drive and customer focus combined with a high level of solution-orientation and proactivity, accompanied by diligence and flexibility
  • Fluency in English and one further European language (e.g. German, French, Turkish, Italian, Balkan Slavic)
