triple A code is developing life-hacking apps that increase productivity and wellbeing, both in the workplace and in personal life. We foster self-improvement through a unique, playful approach that uses gamification, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology.

Our products get developed in a customer-centric fashion and we take a human approach to problem-solving and are very thoughtful about personalization. To help our customers with their wishes and needs, we are looking for a Working Student in  Customer Success.

Your mission is to…

• Build trustful relationships with our customers
• Be the face and voice of our products and help our customers with all their needs
• Communicate with our users via EMail, Discord, and other social media channels
• Consult prospective customers and help them to discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
• Capture user feedback & insights and help product management to identify opportunities for improvement
• Dive into issues that customers report and create reproducible bug reports
• Maintain and update our support article database

What we expect

• Great communicator with an open and friendly attitude and patience. You genuinely enjoy human interaction and talking to people
• Empathetic and capable of putting yourself in the shoes of our users to understand what motivates them, what annoys them, and what they wish for
• Tech-savvy with a high level of service and customer orientation
• Stress resistance and a very good sense for urgent topics
• A hands-on mentality: you love to tackle new challenges and always want to expand your knowledge and skills
• You are enrolled in a University in Germany
• You have outstanding written and oral communication skills in English; German is not a must

Relevant qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or in a comparable role with intensive customer contact
• Start-up experience – working in a fast-paced iterative and collaborative environment
• Experience in working with agile methodologies
