What you’ll be doing
Our customers are first. Support our operations team to successfully onboard new customers and partners to our systems and processes.
Keep the overview. Own administrative processes, create and update documentation, assist in contract and knowledge management.
Become part of critical business functions. Support handling of in- and outgoing invoices.
Drive projects. Work directly with the management team and manage strategic projects in innovation and sales.
We are growing fast. Contribute your ideas on how to innovate and become more efficient.
What you’ll bring
Independent and structured way of working and attention to detail
Ability to keep the overview and manage adherence to deadlines and processes
Willingness for a new challenge in an agile, exciting work environment and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Curiosity to learn about the most innovative tools and project management practices.
Confident and open communication style
Fluent English and German
