Unterstützung des SQE Teams bspw. bei der Erstellung von Projektberichten als auch bei der Nachbereitung von Projektaktionsplänen und Nebenprojekten oder bei der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
Aufgaben:
• Sie pflegen die Datenbank und stellen Sie sicher, dass sie auf dem neuesten Stand gehalten wird ( inkl. einholen fehlender Daten)
• Sie organisieren und begleiten Projektbesprechungen und bereiten unterstützende Projektberichte vor
• Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung offener Projektfragen und von Aktionspunkten
• Unterstützung aller SQE-Nebenprojekte und einfacher PPAP-Releases
Was Sie auszeichnet:
• Studium eines Ingenieurs-Studienganges
• Kenntnisse von Lieferantenmanagementprozessen (PPAP, Claim Management, Lieferantenbewertung)
• Gute MS Office sowie Projektmanagement – Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in der Leitung kleinerer Projekte ist sehr wünschenswert.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (auch in Englisch) und selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem interkulturellen Team
