Working Student – People & Organization m/f/d
Purpose of the role
Location: Wiesbaden area, hybrid (office + remote, max. 20 hours per week)
Contract: Working student position
We are looking for a Working Student – People & Organization to support our thriving cybersecurity company. You will work closely with our HR team on recruiting, onboarding, HR operations and various P&O projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a modern, international environment.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Support full‑cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews and maintaining candidate communication in our ATS
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in Learning & Development processes
- Support HR operations and data management (e.g. maintaining employee records, running reports and supporting HR projects)
- Help organize internal HR initiatives and trainings
- Contribute to HR projects around job leveling, compensation frameworks and internal mobility initiatives
Professional skills and knowledge
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- You are comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. MS Office, Personio, Zoom, etc.)
Personal skills
- Genuine passion for People & Organization topics like recruiting, HR operations, and organizational development
- Proactive, hands-on mentality – ready to dive into tasks independently and take ownership
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Qualification
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or related) with at least half completed studies
