Working Student (m/f/x) Information Technology – German Speaking

For our EU headquarters in Berlin, we are now looking for a German-speaking Working Student (m/f/x) Information Technology. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• You support our IT-team and help to deal with every kind of issues at our office in Berlin, as well as our other offices (in person, as well as remotely via Screen Share)
• You are responsible for Desktop installations, IT-Onboarding and Offboarding of new or current employees
• You assist with auditing and maintenance of systems and software
• You help research, test, and develop solutions for corporate IT

What you’ll need to succeed:

• You are currently studying (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering, etc) in Berlin and have 1-2 years to go
• Maybe you already gained some experience in IT-support or Helpdesk, for instance through an internship
• You have a very good technical understanding and are experienced with Windows and macOS
• You are a quick learner, reliable and possess the ability to work in a team as well as on your own
• You speak English and German fluently
  You are willing to support us for 20 hours per week

You should be familiar with the following topics: 1st & 2nd Level Support, Google Workspace, Ticketing System, Active Directory (User Management), PowerShell, Software & Hardware Troubleshooting
